We know you will be pleased with your Flavorlopes product, but we will gladly accept, for return or exchange, any items that are in new and unused condition.  Please contact us at info@flavorlope.com within 30 days of receipt of the product to obtain a return authorization, and we will provide you a full refund or replacement less shipping costs.
